Good morning.

As board members, let's shake the trees a bit for the upcoming
Klatch on May 25th at Earthnet. I bet you can think of 10 people
you've talked with over the past several months.  Call each of them
and invite them to be your guest for that evening. After all the 
email dies down, it's the personal touch that makes our organization
tick.  Personally, I can think of 20-25 people who are sort of "on the
fringe" -- people who call me every once in a while asking "do I have
to be a member to ...."  There's no charge for this meeting. It's a 
night when we throw open the doors and welcome those we want to 
associate with.

Please encourage RSVPs.  Walk them through the process online if
necessary.  Make sure they feel welcome.
